We both have many decades, deeply devoted to massag/bodywork therapies and holistic therapuetic practices. The guesthouse is a healing playground of tools, equipment and spaces for you to immerse yourself into your own personally tailored experience. Being in the high ,mountains of Costa Rica brings an opportunity to live the Pura Vida up close with and aliveness to the incredibly pure clean water, land and air that can bring a vibrancy to your time here.   The spirit of mountain is renowned for its special healing presence and is considered sacred as well as one of the most beautiful secret spots in the country.

We have curated a range of offerings for you to savor during your time with us: a beautiful treetop yoga/sun deck and also a sheltered area where yoga props and mats are provided. There is an infrared sauna and a natural rock cold dip pool for your enjoyment. Immerse yourself in the soothing hot tub positioned at canopy level, where you can admire world-class birdwatching while you soak in bliss and bubbles. We have a fully equipped massage room featuring vibration tools, red light therapy, and the opportunity for world class, professional bodywork and recieve personalized massage instructions in different modalities including the tantric arts. Enjoy a private covered deck for utmost relaxation, complete with a shiatsu mat, yoga swing, therapy rollers and balls, and a back arch support. A PEMF amethyst infrared mat is available to help reset your nervous system. We can offer Watsu which is massage while being floated in warm hot springs water at our local walkable Gevi hot springs. You will also have exclusive private access to the Chirripo river, which includes a lovely protected swimming spot and a large natural flat rock to do yoga on. For fitness enthusiasts, a trampoline is situated just above the river, alongside a rebounder and vibration plate for bodily activation. We provide two stationary bikes, a rowing machine, and weights and bands for your workout needs. Indulge in an array of herbal plants, fruit trees, and organic green garden beds brimming with vegetables, all for you to access in your well-stocked personal kitchen with hot water. Enjoy fresh eggs from our resident chickens, home-brewed kombucha made by the master himself, and freshly roasted organic coffee sourced from our own farm. You also have the pleasure of barbequing local grass beef or chicken on a wood fired grill. There are many places where hammocks and yoga swings and swing chairs are hung for you to just relax and enjoy the sounds of the river. Venture out to explore some of the most breathtaking hiking and trekking options right in our backyard, including assistance in conquering the highest peak in Costa Rica, with the Chirripo national park only 1 km away.

We are easily accessed from the San Jose airport and a 3.5 hour drive into the southern zone. Paved roads all the way. You can hire a private driver or we are easily accessed by bus. There is also private secure parking if driving. The guesthouse is centrally located in the heart of San Gerardo de Rivas and 1 Km from the Chirripoi National Park. Discover an outstanding organic café and market,local restaurants, a local fruit stand, hot springs, a butterfly dome, the Cloudbridge nature reserve, and yoga studios, all within walking distance. Day excursions to the famous Osa Pennisula pacific coast beaches are only 1.5 hours away. The nearest main town where shopping and farmers market is only a half hour drive down the mountain. Everything is readily availble with buses, private drivers, and uber.
